Dave was born in Chester, Pennsylvania. He graduated from Nether Providence High School (which is now Strath Haven High School, a powerhouse in football and soccer) in Wallingford, PA (1976) and York College of Pennsylvania (1980). Dave still follows the legendary Chester High School Clippers Boys Basketball Program (4 state titles, 12 trips to the state championship game, 20 final-four appearances and an 80-percent winning percentage since 1940). Dave & wife Tammy were married Saturday, July 24th, 1999 at the Townehouse Restaurant in Media, Pennsylvania. Dave enjoys working out, to counteract the massive quantities of food he consumes constantly. Dave's been in broadcasting since 1980.
